Handwara March 03: Baharty Janta Party senior leader Javid Qurashi on Thursday welcomes an order by DC Kupwara for the re-verification in the PMAY list.
While welcoming the order, Qurashi says the verification order is a step towards justice to the poor and transparency.
Javid Qurashi said that number of delegations have visited my residence, and have expressed anger against the administration for ignoring deserving households in the PMAY list.
I'm committed to these people that I will be speaking on their behalf for justice. I am thankful to DC Kupwara for initiating verification in the PMAY list for justice to those who have been dropped and sidelined because of political interference.
The committee framed by DC Kupwara for verification of the PMAY list in Kupwara will bring the hope of transparency, accountability among poor people, he added.
