Proper security provided to public reps: DIG NKR

Bandipora, March 14: In the face of recent attacks on panchayat members in Kashmir Valley, Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG), North Kashmir Udaya Bhaskar Billa said they have provided proper security to public representatives.

"It is my request to public representatives, whenever you go out, police should be informed about it and they should stay mostly in their allocated accommodations,” he said.

Notably, the DIG visited Bandipora today and chaired a public meeting and held a meeting with its personnel at DPL.
