Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday reported 17 new positive cases of novel Corona--Virus or COVID-19 which includes 08 from Jammu and 09 from Kashmir division, pushing the tally to 453493 in the Union Territory.
Moreover, 39 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and subsequently been discharged from various hospitals including 22 from Jammu and 17 from Kashmir divisions.
According to the daily Media Bulletin on novel Corona-Virus, no new case of Mucormycosis has been reported today, thus the total number of confirmed cases remains 51 across J&K.
On COVID vaccination, the bulletin informs that 19,809 doses of COVID vaccine have been administered in the last 24 hours bringing the cumulative number of doses administered across J&K to 2,17,44,328.
Out of 453493 positive cases, 163 are Active Positive (57 in Jammu Division and 106 in Kashmir Division), 448580 have recovered and 4750 have died; 2327 in Jammu division and 2423 in Kashmir division.
