Kulgam July 28, : To curb the spread of highly contagious Corona virus (COVID-19) disease , kulgam police fined 570 persons and fine to the tune of ₹97500 was realised from them for not wearing face masks. Besides, kulgam police alongwith Revenue officers sealed 15 Shops for defying COVID-19 guidelines.
