J&K Bank’s security guards at odds with Chandigarh based ‘Delta Company

 Bandipora,Nov,01: Security Guards associated with Jammu and Kashmir Bank, Monday staged a protest against Chandigarh based ‘Delta Company’ against huge pay cut.

Scores of security guards assembled in Bandipora  and registered their protest.Talking to HeadlinesToday ,the protesters said that this protest is not against JK Bank ,but against Chandigarh based Delta Company .''The company despite being paid by JK Bank in advance has resorted to pay cut,” they said.The protesters said that JK Bank pays Rs 18,000 per security guard to this private security company, however,instead of spending a major portion on hapless and poor security guards, this company is intending to exploit them and keep the major chunk of money with  itself.The protesters appealed JK Bank to take up the issue with the ‘Delta Company’.
